The Namibia University of Science and Technology (NUST) is a vibrant institution of higher learning with over 15,000 students studying on a full-time, parttime and distance education basis. The university consists of four Faculties, namely, Computing and Informatics; Commerce, Human Sciences and Education; Engineering and the Built Environment; Health, Natural Resources and Applied Sciences. Affiliated to NUST is the Namibia Energy Institute. It represents NUST's dedicated commitment to serve as a national information resource base for  sustainable energy use and management. Through the NEI, the university participates in the call PROCEED.
