Project Lighthouse Africa e.V. (PLA) and its affiliates in West and East Africa are committed to supporting projects that promote sustainable development in African communities. The PLA and its affiliates plan and implement country-specific projects that, after an initial period of co-financing, are able to meet their own financial needs. To ensure sustainability, charitable and commercial elements are combined. The organisational structure is locally focused, with the flexibility to respond to rapidly changing project needs.
