The Tell Basta Project is an international archaeological, geoarchaeological, and epigraphic research project conducted by the Chair of Egyptology at the University of Wรผrzburg in cooperation with the Egyptian Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities. Its aim is to investigate the ancient city of Bubastis (Tell Basta) in the southeastern Nile Delta.
