Vocational training: Investigating Forms of Vocational Education and Training in West Africa

The research focuses on examining different forms of vocational education and training in West Africa. The University of Bayreuth is conducting explicit research in Côte d’Ivoire to understand how local systems prepare young people for the workforce and to identify challenges and opportunities for improving skills development. By analyzing regional approaches, the study seeks to contribute to more effective training models that support sustainable economic growth.
