Practice-oriented degree programs are to be developed in which students learn to understand complex food systems, interact with stakeholders and overcome challenges in agriculture and food processing.
Through offering mentoring programs and carreer options for female students and women in the agrar-sector, WEFACE wants to close the bridge the gender gap and strengthen opportunities for women.
